Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join our Enterprise Mobility team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and automation to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, and troubleshooting & remote management.

They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working in complex, large-scale environments.

This role requires a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement)
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security
  • Automate and document operational procedures and processes
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, troubleshooting & remote management
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments
