About the Position

This key role involves designing and implementing SCCM solutions, developing images and managing software distribution, patch management and lifecycle maintenance using SCCM and Intune.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain device security by ensuring timely patches for Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office and third-party applications in the environment.
  2. Develop and deploy Windows 10 images for new installations and re-imaged devices.
  3. Manage Windows 10 image lifecycle by maintaining up-to-date OS updates, driver updates, application and settings updates/additions/removals.
  4. Utilize SCCM to manage integrated Microsoft services such as Office365, Adobe, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning and Edge, along with any new integrations.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in SCCM & Intune administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management, software distribution, patch management and image management using SCCM and Intune.
  • Strong understanding of creating/importing applications and packages within SCCM, developing standardized Microsoft SCCM solutions, designing and deploying medium to large-scale SCCM environments.
  • Solid knowledge on various imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology, custom deployment scripts and client management suite.
  • Able to resolve escalated tasks and create custom scripts for gathering inventory from clients.
