Senior VMware and Windows Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security across virtual and physical systems.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.
  • Deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Bonus Requirements:

  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
