We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our presence on Reddit and identify opportunities for lead generation.

Our ideal candidate has experience in community management, social selling, and lead generation. They must be able to adapt their tone per subreddit and have a deep understanding of Reddit culture and etiquette.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify relevant subreddits where target clients are active.
  • Build an authentic presence by contributing valuable posts, comments, and discussions that align with community guidelines.
  • Hunt for client opportunities by identifying pain points, questions, and demand signals within the subreddit.
  • Execute outreach strategies while adhering to Reddit's rules and etiquette.
  • Track and report leads generated through Reddit activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Reddit marketing, community management, or lead generation.
  • A deep understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and anti-spam rules.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per subreddit.
  • Experience in client hunting, B2B/B2C lead generation, or social selling.
  • Familiarity with tools for Reddit monitoring, scheduling, and analytics is a plus.
