Now, we're looking for a Community Manager to be the warm, engaging voice that nurtures our global family across social platforms.This is a people-first role for someone who loves genuine connections, daily engagement, and building long-term relationships. You'll help turn our followers into loyal supporters by creating a welcoming space across our digital touchpoints. What You'll Do:Manage and grow our community across Instagram, Tik Tok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).Actively post content and keep groups and communities active on Facebook and Instagram.Engage daily with followers: reply to DMs, comments, and share meaningful interactions.Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to help shape future campaigns.Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns. What We're Looking For:1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.Excellent written communication and a natural, empathetic voice.Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is a plus.Experience working with premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
