Community Manager
to be the warm, engaging voice that nurtures our global family across social platforms.

This is a people-first role for someone who loves genuine connections, daily engagement, and building long-term relationships. You'll help turn our followers into loyal supporters by creating a welcoming space across our digital touchpoints.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow our community across
    Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Actively post content and keep
    groups and communities active
    on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engage daily with followers: reply to DMs, comments, and share meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to help shape future campaigns.
  • Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.


What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Excellent written communication and a natural, empathetic voice.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is a plus.
  • Experience working with
    premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
