Job Description

47one Studios is looking for a Community Manager Discord (m/f/x) to manage and grow our global network of 3D Artists. You'll be the main point of contact in our Discord server – ensuring smooth communication, engaging with the community, and supporting our core team by taking over day-to-day interactions.

Your role will focus on managing conversations, keeping workflows organized, and making sure our artists feel connected, informed, and motivated. You'll work closely with our production and management teams to ensure our community remains active, positive, and aligned with our standards of excellence.

Skills & Requirements


• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) – additional languages are a plus


• Ability to moderate discussions, answer questions, and facilitate smooth interactions between artists and the core team


• Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and fully remote environment


• Bonus: experience with creative communities, especially in 3D art or digital production


• Reliable and independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility
