Job Summary:

A Marine Operations Associate oversees the daily operations of a fleet, coordinates with departments to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role involves managing documentation, liaising with clients, and supporting the team to achieve operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities include ensuring vessels meet charter party terms, monitoring bunker consumption, collecting cargo documents, evaluating vessel performance, preparing freight invoices, and submitting demurrage claims.

Additional duties include sending deck and engine logs, raising invoices, assisting the Operation Superintendent for smooth vessel operation, and selecting, appointing, and approving agents' PDA and FDA.
