Job Title: Fleet Performance Manager

  • Foster a culture of performance excellence within the vessel operations team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fuel efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance overall vessel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leverage advanced analytics and data visualization tools to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted action plans.
  2. Lead investigations into vessel performance issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  3. Drive stakeholder engagement through regular reporting and presentations, ensuring transparent communication of performance metrics and progress against goals.
  4. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in vessel performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in vessel performance management, with a strong track record of driving improvements in fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and visualization, with proficiency in relevant tools and software.
