Procurement Optimization Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to optimize our procurement workflows, develop performance tracking systems, and ensure compliance. As a key member of our team, you'll analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement system improvements to enhance productivity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize procurement workflows by analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing system improvements.
- Develop performance tracking systems to monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress against goals.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations by adhering to guidelines, conducting audits, and developing corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with IT to implement system improvements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
- Proficiency in SAP: Process optimization, data visualization, and system management.
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and integration across various departments.
- Agile environment experience: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results efficiently.
- Problem-solving and communication skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
