Job Overview:
  • As our procurement specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our kitchens always have the right ingredients - fresh, high-quality, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items to meet menu requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent quality and food safety standards across all procurement activities.
  • Onboard, evaluate, and manage new suppliers to minimize risk and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and brand teams to ensure smooth daily operations and support menu innovations.
  • Track procurement metrics (COGS, substitutions, wastage, etc.) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
