Senior Portfolio Manager

Description:

  • We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects within our Banking and Finance sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale portfolios, leading teams, and driving business growth.
  • The Senior Portfolio Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely completion, high quality standards, and effective project governance.
  • This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings, helping clients navigate digital transformation, and driving innovation through emerging technologies.
  • Prior experience in Sales and business development, including successful client engagements, is essential for this role.
  • A deep understanding of the Banking and Finance industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations, is also required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio in the Banking and Finance domain, focusing on Data & AI service offerings.
  • Experience in managing large teams of professionals across multiple locations.
  • Strong expertise in Banking and Finance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
  • Prior experience in Sales and business development, including successful client engagements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Banking and Finance industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations.
