Job Description

We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to fill this role. This position involves providing timely and effective responses to student inquiries through various channels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Google Sheets and Docs as well as customer support software.

They will also have a good understanding of management practices and techniques.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures.
  • Proactively reach out to students to understand and address their concerns.
  • Monitor and evaluate student feedback and ratings.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.

A minimum of one to two years of proven experience in a customer support position is required.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs and customer support software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
