Assignment Support Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Assignment Support Associate. This role involves assessing timesheets and expenses received, conducting thorough reviews, and working closely with sales/contractors for corrections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timesheet and Expense Review: Thoroughly review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client specific checklists.
  • Expense Verification: Review expense sheets and verify receipts received, ensuring final amount tallies.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Communicate directly with contractors or sales team for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
  • Payroll-Related Queries: Manage payroll-related queries by analyzing data and preparing in-depth overviews of issues.
  • Email Processing: Ensure emails received in shared inboxes are processed in line with deadlines and urgency levels, responding within at least 24 hours of receipt.
  • Expense Management: Save expense sheets and receipts as per filing conventions required by Payroll teams and seek approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Payroll Schedules: Work according to payroll schedules to ensure no delays in payment.
