We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. As a key member of the engineering design team, you will play a critical role in designing foundations for wind turbine generators that power the future of renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize wind turbine generator (WTG) foundations, including gravity-based, spread footing, piled, rock-anchored, ribbed beam, shallow mat, and other types.
  • Perform load and stress calculations to ensure structural integrity, taking into account factors such as gravity, wind, seismic, and fatigue.
  • Select cost-effective and sustainable construction materials that meet international standards.
  • Prepare and review design documents, including structural design basis reports, bills of quantities, drawings, and calculation packages.
  • Collaborate with geotechnical, electrical, and civil experts to deliver holistic project designs.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant international standards, including ASCE, AISC, SBC, EUROCODE, and others.
  • Support certification processes with external consultants and agencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement while balancing safety, quality, and cost optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
  • A Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is an advantage, particularly if you have advanced knowledge of structural analysis.
  • At least 8-12 years of experience in the Power and Utilities/Renewable Energy sector, with a proven track record of WTG foundation design expertise.
  • Technical skills in software such as STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, SAFE, ETABS, and PLAXIS 2D/3D.
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical risk assessment, seismic hazard analysis, and hydrological risk assessment.
  • Expertise in wind turbine foundation design.
