Job Summary:

As a mechanical design engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of mechanical works aligns with approved engineering designs and industry standards.

The role involves reviewing and interpreting mechanical design drawings, preparing or modifying site-specific mechanical drawings, conducting wind load and structural stability checks, verifying foundation positions, and supporting fabrication, welding, and erection quality checks.

">

You will also provide design clarifications/modifications at site, coordinate with stakeholders for approvals, issue red-marked drawings/as-built drawings after execution, and maintain proper documentation of design revisions and approvals.

In addition, you will support site teams in resolving mechanical erection bottlenecks, such as torque requirements, alignment, and module clamping.

This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5-8 years of experience in mechanical design and site execution, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.

Requirements:
