Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager - Renewable Energy to lead our solar and wind energy project inspections across various stages. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of solar PV systems and wind turbine components, as well as experience in QA/QC inspection or operations in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project inspections for solar and wind energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and safety standards.
  • Supervise and optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, consultants, and project coordinators, to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Drive adherence to industry regulations and guidelines, promoting continuous improvement in processes and team performance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy.
  • Experience: 6-10 years in QA/QC inspection or operations in renewable energy, solar, and wind mandatory.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • In-depth understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components.
    • Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy.
    • Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication.

Additional:

  • Willingness to travel frequently to project and vendor sites.
  • Exposure to utility-scale or large rooftop solar/wind projects preferred.
