Job Title: VMware Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMware solutions architect to lead the development, implementation, and management of enterprise-level VMware infrastructure solutions.

This role involves strategic leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex VMware-based infrastructure solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, mentor, and liaison between technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  • Lead the VMware practice area, including solution development, delivery, team mentoring, and vendor management.
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level VMware infrastructure solutions (vSphere, vCenter, NSX, vSAN, Horizon, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to design technical solutions and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Drive the technical roadmap and vision for VMware technologies within the organization or client environment.
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification required.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with VMware technologies.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or practice lead role.
  • Experience with enterprise virtualization, private/public cloud integration, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure automation.
