Senior Solutions Architect

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced architect who can design and implement complex solutions using VMware software stack. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the VMware ecosystem and be able to integrate multiple systems into a cohesive architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex solutions using VMware software stack
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple systems
  • Evaluate and improve existing architectures to optimize performance and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of applicable work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the VMware software stack
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Agile development practices
  • Experience with developing tools to automate deployment of complex solutions
  • Experience with enterprise storage and networking infrastructure
  • Experience with SmartNIC technology a plus
  • Experience with VMware NSX-V and NSX-T a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with developing complex solutions using VMware software stack
  • Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
  • Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels
  • Collaborates well with peers and junior engineers
