
Learning & Development Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end behavioral training programs. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to design engaging learning experiences.
- Training Administration (10%):
- Coordinate scheduling, participant registration, and confirmation for onsite and offsite classroom and web conference training.
- Manage the production and distribution of training materials to learners.
- End to End Training Delivery (80%):
- Plan, execute, and facilitate assigned training and development programs and projects.
- Create learning programs based on the training process from TNI to program delivery.
- Deliver content using VAK methodology in various formats, including classroom, web conference, and blended learning programs.
- Track evaluation metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives and learner performance.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness and quality of training materials and content using business impact assessment.
- Client Management (10%):
- Meet client expectations regarding training calendarization and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to align learning with business objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end training delivery.
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods.
- Ability to handle large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Additional degrees, certifications, or qualifications in training or organizational development.
- TTT certification from a reputable organization.
