Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end behavioral training programs. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to design engaging learning experiences.

  • Training Administration (10%):
    • Coordinate scheduling, participant registration, and confirmation for onsite and offsite classroom and web conference training.
    • Manage the production and distribution of training materials to learners.
  • End to End Training Delivery (80%):
    • Plan, execute, and facilitate assigned training and development programs and projects.
    • Create learning programs based on the training process from TNI to program delivery.
    • Deliver content using VAK methodology in various formats, including classroom, web conference, and blended learning programs.
    • Track evaluation metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives and learner performance.
    • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness and quality of training materials and content using business impact assessment.
  • Client Management (10%):
    • Meet client expectations regarding training calendarization and delivery.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to align learning with business objectives.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end training delivery.
  2. Significant experience with effective learning and development methods.
  3. Ability to handle large-scale projects.
  4. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  5. Experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Additional degrees, certifications, or qualifications in training or organizational development.
  2. TTT certification from a reputable organization.
