Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Learning and Development Strategist to lead our organizational learning function. The ideal candidate will drive capability building, leadership development, and talent readiness across multiple locations in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a pan-India L&D strategy, establish Management Development Centers (MDCs) and Assessment Centers for leadership pipeline development, drive organizational capability building.
- Design succession planning frameworks, create customized learning journeys, lead executive coaching, mentoring, and career pathing initiatives.
- Integrate digital learning platforms, promote blended learning models, leverage AI and analytics for learning impact measurement and personalization.
Collaborate with plant heads, functional leaders, and HRBPs to identify learning needs and deploy solutions. Act as a change agent for cultural transformation and continuous learning.
Define KPIs for learning effectiveness and report outcomes to senior leadership.
Desired Profile
Qualifications: MSW/MBA / PGDM in HR or Organizational Development from a Tier 1/2 institute.
Experience: 10–18 years in L&D, out of which at least 5 years in the automotive or manufacturing sector, proven experience in setting up MDCs/Assessment Centers and leading capability building programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and engage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
