Technical Learning Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Business Process Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal learning programs that support business strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, with excellent facilitation skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly. You will work closely with management, product managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and facilitate technical training programs that foster engagement and retention among internal Operations employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training content that meets the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create engaging and effective training programs.
  • Deliver training using various methods, including WebEx webinars, Teams, classroom facilitation, virtual learning, and eLearning platforms.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and report on trends and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 2-3 years of instructional design skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
