Strategic HR Partner Role

This position is focused on fostering organizational growth by delivering people-related solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR BUSINESS LEADERS TO PROVIDE THOUGHT LEADERSHIP ON ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEOPLE-RELATED STRATEGY AND EXECUTION.
  • CONSULTING WITH LEADERS TO DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE PEOPLE PLAN THAT INFLUENCES LASTING CHANGE IN THE BUSINESS.
  • COLLABORATING WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO CREATE USEFUL PROPOSITIONS FOR YOUR BUSINESS IN AREAS SUCH AS TALENT ACQUISITION, CAREER PLANNING, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, COACHING, DATA ANALYSIS, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT, RECOGNITION PROGRAMS, AND REWARDS.
  • UTILIZING AND REQUESTING DATA STRATEGICALLY - IDENTIFYING AND SURFACING TRENDS IN QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE DATA TO HELP IMPROVE ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH AND MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS REGARDING SUCCESSION PLANNING AND CAREER GROWTH.
  • DEVELOPING DEEP CONNECTIONS AND UNDERSTANDING OF PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY POOL OF TALENT AND SUCCESSION FOR CRITICAL ROLES.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • STRONG HR EXPERIENCE ACROSS TALENT MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, AND RETENTION.
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN CONSTRAINTS.
  • COMFORTABLE WITH AMBIGUITY; DISPLAYS A KNECK FOR PROBLEM-SOLVING.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR LEADERS AND COMPLEX STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE.

The ideal candidate will possess strong HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in constraints. They should be comfortable with ambiguity and display a knack for problem-solving.
