Accounts Receivables Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Accounts Receivables team as a Team Member.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes, following up with field location teams for necessary supporting documents required for billing, managing and recovering outstanding payments from customers, contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Basic understanding of Billing and invoicing
  • Conversant of various online tools and systems
  • Responsible for assisting with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes
  • Day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to seniors.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing,
  2. Adhere to the policy guidelines for billing.
  3. Download bank statements for all accounts.
  4. Provide bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day.
  5. Perform the regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function.
  6. Ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions.
  7. Collate all remittances for the Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors.
  8. Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund.
