Business Analyst Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst (Workday)

Years of Experience: 6+ Years

Job Type: Fulltime

Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, and needs.
  • Translate business requirements into Workday configurations to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
  • Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
  • Provide leadership in establishing processes, governance, and best practices for the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
