Pharma Sales Director

As a Sales Manager - Pharma, you will drive business growth in the pharma industry by acquiring new B2B clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for indigenous pharma packaging machines.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Expand the reach of our indigenous equipment in the pharma industry to acquire new B2B clients.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute short- and long-term sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead Conversion: Convert leads from various marketing channels and actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handling their needs and providing insights to improve our product portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Account Management: Oversee key accounts, develop new accounts, and ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from product presentation to project delivery and payment collection.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent post-sales service.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma / B.E.
- Experience: 10+ years in selling indigenous equipment in the pharma industry to B2B clients, specifically in Pharma Packaging Machines.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with handling multiple discipline projects in the pharma sector is a must.
