Job Title: Strategic Supply Chain Director
As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless supply of materials from vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement of Fasteners, Teflon parts, Machined components, and Fabrication parts
- Daily checking of new purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders
- Coordinating with the central sourcing team to finalize sources for new items or items without price validity
- Obtaining order acknowledgement from suppliers for each PO issued
- Resolving issues with internal stakeholders and clarifying technical queries related to items in PO
- Running open purchase orders reports and contacting suppliers to expedite delivery as per committed dates
- Obtaining pre-dispatch documents, verifying, and providing dispatch clearance
- Coordinating with transporters for pick up of goods from suppliers for Ex-works basis
- Visiting stores regularly to ensure received goods are inspected by QC and taken into inventory
- Resolving issues in received goods (rejection replacement)
