Java Question Creator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java Question Creator to design high-quality questions for assessments and learning modules. This role involves creating conceptual and coding-based questions that test real-world Java skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Core Java, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop theory questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based).
  • Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases.
  • Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard).
  • Ensure originality and high quality of questions.
  • Collaborate with the team to align with assessment requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot and REST APIs is a plus.
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is an advantage.
