Luxury Guest Experience Manager

Our organization is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the service of guest amenities and ensure that guests are provided with a high level of service in line with our company standards. This role requires strong leadership, training, and team management skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of guest amenities including food, beverages, and other services to ensure that they are delivered promptly, accurately, and presented to our company's standards
  • Handling of guest requests, complaints, and special dietary needs in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintenance of personalized, discreet, and attentive service to enhance guest experience
  • Supervision of daily activities of Room Service staff including Order Takers, Servers, Assistant Servers, and Minibar Attendants
  • Training and coaching of team members on our company's service standards, etiquette, and upselling techniques
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Food and Beverage service, preferably in In-Room Dining in a luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
