Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client's cost optimisation and process efficiency initiatives in their snacking manufacturing operations.

This role is pivotal in driving cost-saving opportunities and enhancing manufacturing processes across the client's operations, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with operational KPIs and business goals.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify areas for cost savings in production and operations, developing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with plant managers and operations heads to develop and implement sustainable solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive manufacturing excellence projects, ensuring seamless integration with operational objectives and business strategies.
  • Support capability building of client teams to sustain implemented changes, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing excellence, process improvement, or operations roles.
  • Strong experience in snacking manufacturing or FMCG manufacturing required; on-ground manufacturing plant experience with reputed brands preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering cost savings and process optimisation projects, with measurable results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related disciplines; relevant certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) highly valued.

This is a 12-month contractual opportunity based in Gurugram, with some pan-India travel as required.
