We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to oversee our operational processes and drive efficiency within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with established policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize procurement processes and negotiate favorable terms.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-20 years of experience in operations management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiency and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
