Business Development Manager for Growth Initiatives

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growth initiatives team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our founders to drive high-impact projects, improve performance, enhance retention, and increase brand recall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive 0 to 1 initiatives with the founding team
- Manage high-impact projects such as performance improvement, retention enhancement, brand recall, NPS improvement, organizational initiatives, new category identification, etc.
- Facilitate quick and effective decision-making on key matters with data-driven insights
- Owning business measurements and monitoring key metrics
- Conducting regular primary and secondary research to inform decisions
- Driving business, project, and launch reviews with cross-functional teams
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Maths, Economics, or Commerce from a premier institute
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, growth, consulting, or investments
- At least 1 year of startup operating or investment experience
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented and interested in consumer internet
- Able to take charge in cross-functional projects
- Thorough and organized with a bias towards action
