Network Engineer II - DDI Expert

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Network Engineer II to join our team as a DDI expert. As a key member of our network reliability engineering project, you will be responsible for designing and implementing next-generation DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions across our networks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing network solutions using DDI expertise in mission-critical networks. You will work closely with our matrix team of expert network architects and engineers to drive adoption of NRE practices and operating models across all network product towers, both globally and locally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and promote high-quality documentation of project progress.
  • Develop and manage detailed design and implementation plans to support project requirements throughout the project life cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to support business/initiative strategies.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline and/or equivalent.
  • 6+ years' experience in developing network solutions utilizing DDI expertise in mission-critical networks.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of DDI appliance technologies from industry-leading vendors.
  • Experience in configuring SaaS-based DDI solutions from AWS, Azure, and other cloud providers.
  • Experience in implementing DNS security policies and DNS resolution policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree (e.g., MS, PhD) in Computer Science or other technical discipline or MBA, preferably with a focus on technology.
  • Experience with managing DDI tools in a hospitality industry a plus.
  • Experience in leveraging public APIs for developing automation scripts.
