Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our VMware infrastructure operations team. As a VMware InfraOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating our VMware Aria Suite of products, vCenter, NSX, ESXi, and Cloud Director.

You will develop system automation scripts in Python or PowerShell, implement and operate VMware Aria Operations and VMware Aria Automation to monitor, build alerting, manage dashboards, and engineer software solutions with a focus on testing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Enterprise Cloud environments, ensuring deployment practices from Development to Test to Staging to Production, and effective communication in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, administer, and operate VMware Aria Suite of products, vCenter, NSX, ESXi, and Cloud Director.
  • Develop system automation scripts in Python or PowerShell.
  • Implement and operate VMware Aria Operations and VMware Aria Automation to monitor, build alerting, manage dashboards.
  • Leverage Linux system administration or development expertise.
  • Engineer software solutions with a focus on testing.
  • Work with Enterprise Cloud environments.
  • Ensure deployment practices from Development to Test to Staging to Production.
  • Effective communication in English is essential.
