3D Architect Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Architect to lead the design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual architectural designs into realistic 3D visualizations and renderings.

You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to bring projects to life and communicate design intent clearly through high-quality 3D modeling, rendering, and animation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create detailed 3D architectural models based on 2D drawings, sketches, or conceptual designs.
  2. Develop high-quality photo-realistic visualizations, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations using various software tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, D5, or similar.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  4. Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into realistic 3D representations.
  5. Provide expert input during the design process to improve spatial aesthetics and functionality.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in architectural visualization and modeling.
  7. Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in creating stunning 3D architectural visualizations and renderings.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, D5, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
