Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ads Manager to join our team. As an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and scaling of ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

You will work directly with clients, report on performance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, Execute, and Optimize Meta Ad Campaigns: Develop and implement effective ad strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Scale Campaigns Profitably: Grow ad campaigns while managing monthly budgets effectively.
  • Generate Performance Reports: Analyze campaign data and present insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign success.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct experiments across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with Meta's latest ad features, trends, and policies.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and performance delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven Track Record: Proven ability to scale brand campaigns.
  • Campaign Knowledge: Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
