- Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
- Client Management: Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
- Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
- Budget Management: Allocate resources strategically to maximize returns.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
- Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.
- Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
