Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to lead our social media presence and develop engaging content that aligns with our brand vision.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy. They must have an excellent understanding of social media, audience community, trends, etc. and be able to ideate and execute creative, trend-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business goals.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of engaging photo, video, and graphic content tailored for each platform.
  • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Foster an active and engaged community by responding to comments, DMs, and collaborating with influencers.
  • Copywriting for social media and other channels
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, optimise content, and implement insights for better results.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty).
  • Excellent understanding of social media, audience community, trends, etc.
  • Ability to ideate and execute creative, trend-driven content.
  • Experience in running and managing digital campaigns (organic & paid).
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • A strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion branding.
  • Experience working with photographers, designers, and content creators is a plus.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
