Financial Leadership Role
Job Description- Oversee the production of accurate and reliable accounting and financial information to support business decisions.
- Maintain compliance with statutory accounts, local requirements in accounting, finance, and tax, as well as international standards.
- Monitor all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable & accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
- Manage working capital and cash flow, monitoring customer credit and collection.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, accounts system, and controls within the organization.
- Communicate fraud and/or compliance issues with Senior Management.
- Deliver business analysis and define meaningful financial and operational metrics for informed decision-making.
- Prepare consolidated management reports for Senior Leadership, including full financial statements, KPI reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Identify potential risks and address issues to prevent financial misses.
- Ensure report quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and monitor organizational budgets with Senior Management.
- Develop and lead the finance team, ensuring reliability of financial statements.
- Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and IFRS, internal control principles, and closing/reporting processes.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
