Job Title: Facilities & Office Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our office infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in facilities and administration with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in managing electricity, water, AC, ventilation, internet, CCTV, printers, fire safety, and other office utilities. Additionally, they must ensure preventive maintenance, quick breakdown resolution, and vendor SLA compliance.

  • Manage daily office operations including housekeeping, pantry, stationery, front desk, security, and visitor management.
  • Monitor hygiene, consumables, and office cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new joiners with desk setup, ID/access cards, and basic kits.
  • Managing exits, asset returns, access deactivation, and clearances.
  • Tracking attendance, late entries, and exceptions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with utilities, IT/office infrastructure, vendors, and housekeeping. Strong negotiation, documentation, and Excel/email skills are also essential.
