Cloud Computing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Computing Specialist to lead our cloud infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will design, implement and maintain cloud-based systems using DevOps tools and methodologies.

  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, leveraging native services like EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline operations.
  2. Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
  3. Use AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit) to define cloud infrastructure in code and manage deployments.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services, cloud security, deployment processes, and system performance.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps practices and cloud engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • 2+ years of scripting experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • 2+ years of working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, etc.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve AWS Cloud-related issues.
  • 2+ years of experience in deploying and supporting AWS-native applications.
  • 1+ year of experience using AWS CDK to provision infrastructure as code (IaC).
