Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Procurement Leader to oversee all procurement activities across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic sourcing initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

  • About the Role
  • The Procurement Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with our business goals, leading cross-functional teams to achieve cost savings and process improvements, and establishing strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute procurement plans, manage vendor selection and contracting processes, and lead negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings, improving procurement processes, and driving supplier innovation.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain management software, and contract laws.
