We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Proposal Writer to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for responding to complex Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from government organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs
  • Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information, and coordinating with key providers and other internal contributors for additional information if needed
  • Produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone
  • Obtain approvals and submit completed proposals to the requester
  • Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background and understanding of business process management / enterprise software and security considerations
  • Two or more years of experience responding to technical RFPs from large firms and government organizations
  • Excellent writing, organizational, communication and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines efficiently
  • Strong critical thinking ability
  • Ability to work independently
