We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience in the real estate and construction industry.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
- Prepare and file quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor vendor payments, client receipts, and ensure timely settlements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
- 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate / construction.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
