Treasury Manager Position

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling margin calls and monitoring short-term liquidity of funds. This role requires a strong understanding of the portfolio, its financing structure and dynamics to efficiently analyze causes for change in liquidity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Margin Management: Understanding various margining methodologies of several agreements in a portfolio and tracking internal views of margin.
  • Implementation: Handling end-to-end implementation of margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure information.
  • Client Onboarding: Handling end-to-end onboarding of new clients; gathering requirements and showcasing capabilities clearly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managing stakeholders' expectations; being proactive in identifying needs, articulating scope of offering, escalating issues in timely manner, and showcasing persuasiveness in bringing about changes.
  • Knowledge Enhancement: Learn and enhance knowledge on complete Client platform/industry, not restricted to current area of expertise.
  • Data Gathering: Perform various activities like data gathering, GAP analysis, Mapping, Data transformation, Loading and reconciliation, BAU activities setup, Client parallel support etc… in Client platform as part of client implementation.
  • Technical Support: Work with technology teams as needed, by assisting in special projects, developing bespoke reports, developing specifications, product implementation and UAT.
  • Treasury Operations: Responsible for overseeing Treasury and Cash Management operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and funding strategies.
  • Collateral Management: Manage Collateral and Liquidity positions to support trading and risk management activities.
  • Margin Calls: Monitor and respond to Margin Calls in timely and accurate manner.
  • Securities Lending: Support and coordinate Securities Lending transactions to maximize asset utilization.
