Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategist to oversee its financial operations. This key role involves managing the company's financial statements, budgeting, and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement accounting policies, manage financial information systems, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee banking relationships, treasury management, and compliance matters to minimize risk and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Support in preparing and filing statutory returns, Board resolutions, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and management teams to drive financial decision-making.
  • Work closely with Merchant Banker, Registrar, and Stock Exchange for Pre-IPO & Post-IPO compliances.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a strong finance background, preferably with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounts, or compliance roles.
  • Exposure to secretarial work or company law is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills are essential for success in this position.
