Senior Finance Specialist – Oracle ERP

Seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle ERP finance processes to lead the configuration and enhancement of core finance systems. As a Senior Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives in General Ledger and Subledger Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support advanced financial rules, including Cash Management, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets flows.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate accounting requirements into functional solutions.
  • Develop and maintain key delivery artifacts: Configuration Documents, Functional Design Documents, Technical Design Documents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities, reconciliations, and subledger-to-GL tie-outs.
  • Support integrated financial reporting through ERP–EPM integration (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS).
  • Deliver high-quality solutions across development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with strong focus on GL and Subledger Accounting.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuring accounting rules, ledgers, chart of accounts, journal entries, and subledger flows.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, including GL close, reconciliations, subledger-to-GL tie-outs, and intercompany accounting.
  • Familiarity with Cash Management, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets subledger modules.
  • Knowledge of ERP–EPM data flows and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with global teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
