We are seeking a seasoned Process Optimization Specialist to spearhead our transformation initiatives.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in process improvement, project management, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence & Transformation
    • Develop and execute comprehensive process improvement roadmaps to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain efficient processes that align with business objectives.
    • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving to address performance bottlenecks and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Project Leadership & Delivery
    • Design and execute high-impact improvement projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, scope, and deliver projects that yield significant business value.
    • Coach teams to adopt Lean principles and ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management
    • Build and maintain relationships across functions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Partner with IT to develop and implement technology solutions that support process optimization.
    • Drive change management initiatives to embed a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Performance Measurement & Governance
    • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and track progress.
    • Develop governance frameworks to sustain improvements and ensure long-term benefit realization.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Certification: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years' experience in Service Excellence, Quality, or Process Improvement roles.
    • Proven expertise in project management, Six Sigma/Lean initiatives, process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
