About the Role:

We seek a detail-oriented professional with expertise in process optimization, supplier negotiations, and lean manufacturing to join our dynamic team. As a proactive, results-driven individual, you will contribute to process improvements, production efficiency, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Search and Development: Establish strong relationships with suppliers through effective search and development strategies.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Optimize material costs and maintain mutually beneficial vendor relationships through negotiation.
  • Setup Manufacturing and Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products by setting up processes correctly at contract manufacturers' locations.
  • Procurement of Raw Materials and Semi-Finished Goods: Secure raw materials and semi-finished goods efficiently for lifestyle products.
  • ERP and Project Management: Systems integration is crucial for visibility and streamlined workflows.
  • Business Operations: Certifications, pricing, logistics, and operational excellence are vital aspects of this role.
  • Inventory Management: Minimize stockouts and excess inventory to ensure optimal operations.
  • Rapid R&D Prototyping: Reduce lead times for new component designs and improve agility and speed to market.

Requirements:

  • Able to navigate challenges effectively using independent thinking.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup.
