The ideal candidate will have a high degree of interaction with cross-functional teams across various departments. This role will be based in an office location in India.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and design solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end optimization projects and maintain steady progress on open tasks.
  • Provide regular communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project progress.
  • Consult with downstream teams for impact analysis of proposed projects.
  • Manage complex issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Design and build reporting and data visualizations for monitoring data accuracy.
  • Evaluate mass data analysis and updates of account information to increase data accuracy.
  • Enforce data standards, policies, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects.
  • Can pick up new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Interest in data maintenance and governance.
  • Execute tasks with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Organized individual that can solve complex problems independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Experience with SFDC is required.
  • Experience working with Google Suite or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
